Apologies for the drive by issue. Beads looks really great and i'll be starting to use that in my CC workflows. VC looks like a very interesting project. I noticed you axed Temporal and wanted to understand the reasoning.
Have you taken a look at DBOS.dev if you're looking for something more lightweight for durable workflows, saga's built-in, etc. Built by Michael Stonebraker himself, so it has Postgres pedigree baked into it's core.
