Unable to load captcha on self-hosted instance

What happened?

I'm trying to create an account through my self-hosted instance of Stoat, but whenever I hit "Register" I get an error: Something went wrong! {"Type":"CaptchaFailed"}. I went to the main site for Stoat and it moves on to the captcha just fine there.

Here's the error with the browser console open:

It looks like your Web UI isn't configured correctly, and is trying to communicate to the old Revolt API. We recently made some major changes to the self-hosting instructions - please try again using the latest version and let us know if you still encounter issues.

This instance was made using the instructions on the README, is there another place where there are new instructions? I didn't really change much either but I'll give it another shot

The instructions, as well as large portions of the Docker Compose file (especially the Web Client image) have been updated in the past 24 hours. The updated configuration-generation-script and Docker Compose file should fix this issue.

Your web app is attempting to hit revolt.chat.app, which is the old official url, and your environment is not configured correctly. Did you run generate_config.sh your.domain?

I have the same problem. Just deployed with the new instructions.

The for-web docker container currently does not support hcaptcha, i will make an issue regarding it.

Disregard, this is supported already. Please add VITE_HCAPTCHA_SITEKEY=yourhcaptchakey to your .env.web and it should work.

Uhm, this is confusing.
Do we set this

then set it again in .env.web?

tried it but not working and docs/sample files are misleading

You must have the hcaptcha key and sitekey set in Revolt.toml, and your hcaptcha sitekey set in .env.web. We'll be adding this to the readme.
