docker支持

Hi，我在这里为fduthesis的本地安装与编译提供了一个docker image。

此image采用tinytex的安装列表，外加少数需要的包与字体，故安装时间和大小相较 texlive 基本 & 完整版 具有一定优势，并提供了compile script，也算是对fduthesis doc中缺少四次编译说明的一些补充。

若合适希望可以加入README中帮助加快本地安装latex + fduthesis的时间和减少安装的体积。

另，我没有pc所以无法对win进行测试，如果有的话也欢迎贡献build & compile scripts并测试一下。
