.env file not created #17
Description
I'm prompted to put in my Stormpath API key ID and Secret.
Console then logs I've just created a new file in this directory named .env but no .env file was created. I tried manually creating the .env file, but do not know what to place for EXPRESS_SECRET and maybe STORMPATH_APP_HREF
