[Bug] My new addon is not displayed in the catalog

Hello and thank you for building this nice storybook website!

Describe the bug

I published my addon storybook-addon-test-codegen with what it seems to be correct addon metadata in the package.json so that the addon can appear in the catalog. I followed this guide.

However, the addon didn't appear in the catalog after a couple of days.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://storybook.js.org/addons
2. See that the addon is not there

Expected behavior

Addon to be displayed in the catalog

Hey @igor-metica,

I just got this information from @Sidnioulz:

The addon catalogue is temporarily broken, but this part is only managed by Chromatic so there are fewer people available to fix it. They said they're aware of it and Michael will fix it at some point in the future.
