Our overflow messages for TS is not in sync with the Python implementation:

• Python: https://github.com/strands-agents/sdk-python/blob/566e5ada67d1e96234cea3f41b991c346f4defaf/src/strands/models/bedrock.py#L43

We should sync them and then identify if there's a way to keep them in sync going forward
