consider standardizing monitoring API ports per network on config examples

currently we have unique monitoring ports on a per-app basis

but what if we need the same app, deployed on the same machine, but on different networks?

I was tweaking this setup on SRI VPS (mainnet + testnet4 Pool) and noticed both config examples had the same port 9090
