Remove RouteTo Implicitness #330
Description
The RouteTo construct is used in our apps to orchestrate messages to the respective subsystem. Currently, it relies on implicit conversions to determine which subsystem a message should be routed to based on its message type. We need to make this explicit to improve code readability.
