OS : Win10 Home
Version: 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Running vega without admin perms promts this error
I / O Exceptiom trying to lock Vega instance: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Vvega \ workspace \ workspace . Metadata . Lock (Access is denied.
The software does run, but it takes about 4 min for dash to even start running.

Runs completly fine with admin perms.
