Cannot install openjdk-8-jdk on kali 2021

I cannot install openjdk-8-jdk on kali 2021, which is part for the auto installer script.
I get this:

sudo apt-get install openjdk-8-jdk
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
**E: Unable to locate package openjdk-8-jdk**

What can I do?
Vega is not running without it

I happen to also get this error.
I am running this version of Java for reference.

Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true
openjdk 11.0.14 2022-01-18

I don't know if you still have that issue, but did you try to follow a guide to install Java 8 on kali 2021 such as this one?
