Description of the bug

after updating sublime txt shortcuts that use "ctrl" like "multi-line selector" or "convert case " won't work any more.

Steps to reproduce

  1. download and install updates
  2. use "ctrl" + "k" then "ctrl" + "u" on any word

Expected behavior

should change the word to all upper case

Actual behavior

wont make any changes

4192

Operating system & version

windows 10 pro

(Linux) Desktop environment and/or window manager

FWIW, I can't reproduce any issues with those key bindings on Debian 12, Win10 or Win11.

Does it happen in SAFE MODE?

Is the correct command (upper_case) executed, when hitting the binding?

To check that call sublime.log_commands() in console.

Here's my output:

>>> sublime.log_commands()
command: upper_case
