broadcastS, and client class's multicasting capabilities are non existant

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the test class that uses broadcastS


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the IP of the client machine trying to connect, but after
5 min the client still had not found the server

The class works, but it takes way too long, I believe its actually sending the
packets over the internet and therefore it might never reach its destination or 
just
take 10-20mins to get back. I needs to test sending data over the network using 
the
broadcast packet, and if that test works then Ill rewrite the class to do that
instead of using a multicast socket

As of right now I am backing off this issue, it is nice and would be a great 
feature
to have, but it is just as easy right now to include a list of possible servers 
that
the client will check for on start. Therefore the broadcastS class will do 
nothing
more then just listen for incoming socket connections on its port and respond 
accordingly

The client and server are talking, and the threads are working correctly. So as 
of
right now that part is fine, Ill get around to adding the multicasting support 
later on
