Error proofing the distribution of data

Include a way to tell when a computer has not returned its data or that its
frozen, then take that data sent to that computer and send it to another
one. In this way it can be made sure that one error on 18 computers wont
bring the entire system to a halt

I am now upgrading the severity of this bug, and changing it from an 
enhancement to a
defect. The reasons are as followed; If everything works correctly and there is 
no
human intervention then theorectically the program will run just fine. In the 
odd
instance that a computer freezes or messes up then it will take the entire run 
down
with it. Looking at the time it might take, one mess up during 24 hours of 
possible
runtime or more starts to look more and more likely. It is not worth the risk 
to have
to start over again after 15hours of run time because of one computer error.

I plan on adding a queue to the client class, and then keep track of the data 
in an
array in netController. Use some sort of statement to check after a certain 
point if
all of the results are back in. In the event they arent it would check the list 
I
have a particles still out in the net and resend them. The first to send it back
would be done. At the same time, the epoch number needs to be sent as well so 
if a
computer is being slow and sends a particle a generation later it just gets 
discarded
and handing a new piece of data.

I have rewritten alot of the networking structure and add a queue to the 
client, this
issue includes issue 7 which I have begun working on. Need to find an easy way 
to
check and resend data out.
