Bug Description

I guess the Claude Code CLI usually handles auto compact, if you run out the conversation is broken because this app doesn't do it automatically.

Steps to Reproduce

Just run a bunch of tokens until you run out of context

@wzfukui Yep, that's the same error I was getting
