Hiya, I can't find any documentation about how that thing works or what it's meant to do or what it expects. Without that there's not much we can do :P

Openportability import your X folower/folowing in their database from the data exported file. And then create links between existing users inside your mastodon.

The problem i have now is that login in their portal is not working. Should be a gts problem ?

No idea! Can't investigate it without docs or poring through their code, which I'm not gonna do. I'm gonna close this from our side, but if they wanna do some investigation from their side I'll be happy to look at implementing any reasonable fixes or changes that are suggested. I am definitely sympathetic to the idea of such a tool since X is a fascist hell hole, but we can't really do anything without knowing what the tool is expecting and stuff like that.
