A security patch for SilverStripe 4.4 introduced ConfirmationMiddleware that looks after dev/* urls and requires an extra user action (confirmation) for every request.
It does not affect CLI, so the controllers triggered by sake should keep working as usual.
On the other hand, it impacts browser based user experience and makes it quite rough.
If we want DevelopmentAdmin controllers to be more user friendly, we may need to add custom configuration for ConfirmationMiddleware in this module.
