[StimulusBundle] Clean Deprecation for 3.x

I would think we can remove entirely this method, but is it used for webpack somewhere / somehow ? I'm having doubts there ..

Didn't see your issue, but I responded here #3096 (comment)

I bet this is not used by the WebpackEncoreBundle, or at least I don't see why, since the bundle is already able to render <link> tags by itself with encore_entry_link_tags().
