Torrent: Add support for multi-link eDP + PCIe

Right now eDP support in Torrent has a separate path. Try to integrate it with configurations for other protocol.
Then add multi-link support for eDP + PCIe

This is clarification on the query regarding reference clock selection in the multi-link combination where the case is

• Single link EDP with 19.2 MHz (this is used for TI) and 25 MHz ref clk freq
• PCIe with 100 MHz ref clk freq
  The question here is do we have to use single ref clk freq for both the protocols to generate the sequences or is it possible for Torrent PHY to use different ref clk frequencies for 2 protocols in a particular combination as there are two PLLs? So for PCIe + EDP case, is it possible that PCIe working with 100MHz and EDP with 19.2MHz?

The explanation for the same is below
The Torrent digital logic in PHY/PMA is fed from a single refclk input. The PHY does not support running PLL’s from different refclk inputs because it cannot guarantee that having the PLL and its control logic running from different clocks sources will not cause some issue. However, this does not limit having different reference clocks for different protocols. Torrent have programming options for PCIe with both 19.2MHz and 25MHz refclks, and eDP with a 100MHz refclk, so it is possible to program the device to use the same refclk for both links.
