While releasing v0.3.0, we ran into a number of issues and rough edges that slowed the process down. We also need better management of users, organizations, and credentials for the various package repositories we publish to. In particular, we received feedback in Discord that it wasn't entirely clear that
tailscalewas an official Tailscale package on hex.pm, because we were publishing under our individual usernames rather than a Tailscale-specific/branded organization.
