Parallel build?

Would be nice to have the compilation in parallel, it takes too long for certain encodings and the fact that it uses only one core is worst

I think the solution is to define various files (or modules) instead of a really BIG module, so it will compile in parallel the modules

I think it would already be sufficient to replace this tiny block with Task.async_stream/5:

codepagex/lib/codepagex/mappings.ex

Lines 185 to 186 in 0782be8

	@encodings for {name, file} <- @filtered_names_files,
	do: {name, Codepagex.MappingFile.load(file)}

Although file processing could probably also be parallelized using Task.async_stream/5 for better results.
