Port to RPI

Part of the refinement process, and getting things to be as seamless as possible for all teams involved, is getting the arm to be operable without a low level team representative present to run the operator. For this, we've selected a Raspberry Pi to act as the semi-permanent operator platform. It needs to be configured to compile and run the operator (which is a lot easier said than done).
