[P3] The dot file generated by CGRA-Mapper does not comply with the standard

1. When I use pydot to analyze the .dot file generated by CGRA-Mapper, I am unable to retrieve the edge color using get_color(). Upon inspection, I found that the .dot file does not conform to the standard format.
2. I suggest that change the edge information format in the dot file from Figure 1 to Figure 2.
