Allow custom difficult between easycore and mediumcore player for TShock server.
It will create a config file after the server starts.
If UseDropWay is 1: Player will drop (ItemDropAmount) items, (EquipDropAmount) armors/accessories and (MiscDropAmount) misc equips(hook, mount, etc.).
If UseDropWay is 2: All items armors accessories has (RandomDropRate)% rate drops.
If Vanish is True: All droping item will vanish instead of drop into the dead position.
