Command 'tari' not found

Describe the bug
I installed tari-cli as instructed in the documentation, which is "cargo install tari-cli." Then I try to create a template and get this error.

And in .cargo/bin I see only 'tari-cli' file but not 'tari'.

Looks like crates is not updated?
