When trying to spend to an integrated address that includes a PaymentID the wallet refuses to spend to it.

This functionality perfectly works in the CLI wallet, but doesn't seem to in the Android Wallet implementation.

I just found out that in the IOS wallet implementation, the integrated addresses seem to work

We have noticed an additional but related issue where the paymentID is seemingly stripped out of the integrated address on the Android app. So when a user sends to an exchange with integrated addresses, for instance, the exchange receives the payment but has no way of knowing who sent it.

It is an edge case occurring in approximately 1% of cases.

I believe the latest build, or the most recent build available on android app. We know of it happening 6 times to 6 different users out of 1461 transactions. All appeared to be updated to latest android app version.
