Weston 10 support

Weston 10 incompatibility is due to a change of API. It has nothing to do with wl_shell and xdg_shell. My fork works fine with the current version of Weston and this would too if the maintainer would merge the pull request (though, he's previously stated that he's abandoned this project and has moved back to X).
