Understanding getMetrics() function call output.

Hello,
Anyone could please explain how to understand the metrics returned by getMetrics() function call. In my example, the output was,

Also is it possible to get metrics for stalled, waiting, active, paused jobd metrics. Is below code returns metrics for stalled jobs. I always get 0 count, despite there were couple of stalled jobs.
Eg:
