User Story Description

As an employee,
I want to comment on my colleagues gif posts,
To react to gifs.

Acceptance Criteria
Employees should be able to comment on gifs posted by their colleagues
Gifs author/creator should be able to reply to comments on their posts/gifs
Size of gifs should not exceed 1mbs and character limit of comments should not exceed 40,0000
