Manage (multiple) connections from TUI

Hi,

Currently, the app only allows connecting to one database, by passing CLI arguments before launch.

Instead, it would be nice to be able to create database connections from within the TUI itself, and connect to multiple of them at the same time.

I can also support this. I just started using harlequin and for my case where I manage a lot of databases, would be much better if we had an option like this.
If needed I can help develop this and PR it.
