# Here are some of the commands used to calculate some of the simulations shown in the paper. GNU Parallel (https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/) greatly simplifies invoking the script repeatedly with varying parameters, while handling CPU load. To test parallel commands without actually running them, use --dryrun as the first flag.
# calculate oxidation rates when the oxidase concentration is varied from 500 to 3000 enzymes per cell (25 to 125 20-mers) (`seq 25 5 150`) at two diffusion coefficients (0.45 450), Each calculation is invoked in pentuplicate (`seq 5`), running 8 calculations concurrently (-j 8).
