Example:

Added two buffs to consolidate buffs list, Mark of the Wild and Juju Power

When both buffs are present, consolidate buffs frame works as intended, 2/2 buffs

When both buffs are absent, ONLY Mark of the Wild is shown as absent (and grayed out), Consolidate buffs icon shows 1/1
