Alpha 4: List of things i will work on after the MMD Converter

1: Move all converters to it's own section in the UI
2: Improve Armature Validation, try to make a system where it only Detects the main bones not sure how i do that though.
3: Improve Standardise Armature
4: Spilt Dictionary to separate files, the file is getting bigger and bigger so we should have separate file for MMD, VRM, Standard bone and etc and move any code to common.py
5: UI Overhaul make sure things are in the correct place and improve the UI where needed.
