Description
The DEFAULT_WITHDRAWL_DELAY_TIME_SECONDS in LenderCommitmentGroup_Smart is incorrectly written. Instead, it should be DEFAULT_WITHDRAWAL_DELAY_TIME_SECONDS (note the added A).
