[Bug] AngularJS-based "Graph" panels are deprecated

What are you really trying to do?

Updating Grafana (to a version which doesn't support AngularJS panels).

Describe the bug

Our current Grafana warns about Angular-JS-based panels with a notice telling that support will cease shortly.

Minimal Reproduction

Provision e.g. misc/matching-service-specific.json into a current Grafana. Check the dashboard and find a ⚠ on about every panel.

Environment/Versions

• Are you using Docker or Kubernetes or building Temporal from source?
  This is on Grafana running on Kubernetes with dashboards provisioned from misc/ and server/ directory.

Additional context

It is straightforward (but extremely tedious) to click "Migrate" in all Graph-based panels. I did this already, but when creating the PR your template told me to have an open issue first.
