Add support for radiometric video in wseq format

Reporting for a user:

"radiometric video from the WIRIS is in .wseq format, not mp4. Thus, I cannot upload radiometric video."

.wseq is a workswell specific data format and it's not supported by ODM. Converting it into mp4 requires Workswell's official tooling (like CorePlayer or WIRIS tools) and is likely pretty resource intensive.
