License clarification for kinotan icons

README.txt says test-unit-notify is under "LGPLv2+", however http://cutter.sourceforge.net/reference/readme.html seems to be saying that kinotan icons are under "LGPv3+ or GFDL or CC-BY-SA ". Would you clarify the license for kinotan icons? Thank you.

You can use kinotan icons bundled in test-unit-notify under LGPLv2+ or LGPLv3+ or GFDL or CC-BY-SA 3.0. (= LGPLv2+ or GFDL or CC-BY-SA 3.0)
Does this answer clear license?

If it doesn't clear license, I'll change the license of test-unit-notify to LGPLv3 or later.
