calls str(testcase) rather than id() or shortDescription() #72

This is a big change to previous unittests because __str__() is not overridable 
on a per-instance basis, it makes anything doing sophisticated loading of tests 
be unable to change the labels shown by the runner. See e.g. 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/testtools/+bug/938336 and probably one for 
testscenarios as well (but I haven't got stuck down into that yet).
