How is the situation for the 2025 season? Will this library be still operative?

Yes, that's the plan. As long as there are no major server-side technical changes by F1, everything should be fine.

What is the code to load the session?? I tried both fastf1.get_session and fastf1.get_testing_session but it doesn't see the command, I think I'm wrong to put the names between the brackets.
I also tried to put what comes out written in get_event_schedule(2025) but it doesn't work

As long i can do both 2025 calendar and 2025 testing event info are running

The main problem is there no are replay at the app site, and, consequently, we can´t do nothing

The problem is that I saw online and other people can download the data and produce graphs.
Only with get_testing_session(2025, 1, 'Practice 1') it sees the event but gives an error on session.load() because it cannot load the data.
Actually, by putting 2024 it downloads the data and works so the command should be correct!
I don't understand how others manage to use the data, evidently they use those recorded live and archived locally. [I never knew how to use Live Timing :( ]

Apparently no data on the server for the tests... I am on Python 3.10.2, is there a quick code to record the session tomorrow and load the data then?

@theOehrly there is a bug in colors in last version (3.4.5). It gives me error due to the year that is 2025 when trying to get driver color

Are you using the old plotting API? Those are deprecated since v3.4.0 and you should assume that they will not be compatible with the 2025 season.

The plotting API constants are not populated for the 2025 season yet.

As a temporary work around, copy fastf1/plotting/_constants/season2024.py to season2025.py and modify the code in fastf1/plotting/_constants/__init__.py to enable it.

Sorry about that. I literally forgot that testing starts today, and I just have too much stuff to do, else I'd have looked into that weeks ago already 😅
