The current tutorial about Survival Analysis includes only parts of Secondary Analysis of Electronic Health Records.

To explain and showcase the functionalities of ehrapy in a high-quality notebook, a mirroring summary of Chapter 16 could provide a Textbook-base example of many of ehrapy's functionality: it could probably replace the Survival Analysis Notebook. If there's valuable examples in the survival analysis notebook, we can port them to enrich the new notebook.

This might also lead to a follow-up new notebook on e.g. sensitivity analysis, following the the textbook with Chapter 17.
