Hello, thanks for the boilerplate. Its come in very handy.

Is there any chance of getting the build.sh shell script converted to a cmd equivalent. I can use it on my mac no problem of course, but when I work on a pc, having to install something like cygwin to run the shell script is a bit of a pain.

Well the build requires node.js so I should just make the shall script a node.js script.
