Add SubDirectory of S3 and pruning of Backups uploaded to S3

If you are interested i can add code i forked and wrote to add a configuration option for adding a subdirectory of the S3 bucket and also to prune the directory on S3 for old backups past a certain number of days separate from the local backup retention period.
