Add analytics endpoints to indexer

We have some analytic data we want to get from the indexer, we want to expose those endpoints, and then we can use it in 2 ways:

1. scheduled data read and push to slack/google sheets for all sort of reasons, if its for alerts, or just aggregate the data.
2. Actively visit endpoints (URLs) to see the live data in JSON format.

Missing endpoints (more info) :

• - Aggregated balances of each individual denom across all accounts
• - Price of last bid that happened (maybe prices per each bid that happened?)

Synced with Yan, this endpoint still needs to be bone, it is low priority. Putting into backlog
