[Bug]: on restart all my setting getting reset

What happened?

i have kept my setting i.e custom font, page width to full width e.t.c ,on restart app every setting got reset in window app,
after i used another workaroud to install chrome app that works fined both browser and chrome app setting seems be stored but for windows app it's reset on restart , issue is reproduced every time
