A replacement for rfcomm

Hi Tony!

I read and compiled your code and it worked perfectly!
But I may not have been able to fully understand the concept.

I know that the rfcomm command is deprecated and should not be used anymore. Looking at your code as a reference, how could you do to create a connection to the minicom for example?

Your code is the only one with some practical information in all the research I did (and there were several), I believe that an example that can replace the rfcomm command would be of great value!
