Togpear UI behaving Differently

Describe the bug
The UI for Topgear behaves differently for the user when "my challenges" is selected by the user. Number of challenges shown are different at each refresh. Changes in the name of the challenge has also been observed.

The user reported that the screen showed three challenges, then got back to show 2 challenges to the user.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to topgear.topcoder.com/challenges and select my challenges from the right side pane.
2. You will be able to see the challenges.
3. Refresh the page and you will see few more or less challenges loading under my challenges tab.

Expected behavior
Number of challenges should remain constant unless added more by the user. The same challenges should be shown irrespective of the times the user refreshes the page (unless any other new registration has been done by the user in the meanwhile)

2.When the user force refreshes the page, the number of the challenges is correct but the name changes (see the difference in both the screenshots )
