[$40] Unable to save

Several of our new designers from South America Workshop are not able to save their profile. They were able to add to the fields and then when they were trying to save, they got the unable to save profile error.

@SathyaJayabal, this looks like it's an issue for "new member registration flow". Can you test that flow to see if the issue is still there?
