Member's country not visible on his public profile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. For example: open https://www.topcoder.com/members/abhi_393

Expected behaviour
Member country should be visible right under his profile photo.

It currently calls V3 API http://api.topcoder.com/v3/members/abhi_393 Does this call need to be replaced by V5? Or it will be fixed based on V3?
