Display Stats History: Members challenges using V5 API

Stats History: Members challenges uses v4 and we need to move to v5. This is follow up to #4527

Two items need to be addresses before moving to V5:

Support for bulk requests to submissions-api in V5
Support for user scores being returned in v5-submissions
Once these are addressed - we can move this interface / view to V5.
