Profile redirected to Topgear without SSO configuration.

Describe the bug
Profile redirection to topgear should check the SSO setting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I Login with my user.
2. Go to my profile page https://www.topcoder.com/members/ritesh_cs
3. I am being redirected to Topgear app.

Expected behavior
My TC account is not connected with Wipro SSO, hence I should not be redirected to Topgear app. I should see the standard profile page.

Hi, This is expected behavior. If the user is logged in as a topgear user, they should be redirected to the Topgear app.

I am logged in as a normal TC Admin, and not as a Topgear user.
I do have access to Topgear via Group membership of Wipro-All
