To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/ ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
2. Go to get Started with Data Science
3. Click Lets Talks
4. Expand “What can we help with you” filed
5. Enter long description with multiple lines
6. Observe UI
7. Click Submit

Actual behavior
Lets Talk Form get misaligned when we expand “What can we help with you” filed enter long description

Expected behavior
Lets Talk Form should not get misaligned when we expand “What can we help with you” filed enter long description
